And after 13 years' development, KDD has become the top manufacturer for C.V.Joint&Axle in China.KDD has been certified by ISO9001:2000 and TS-16949 international quality system. To enhance the quality,KDD invested a lot of advanced machines, such as CNC grinding machine from Taiwan,Korea KIA machine,Magnetic Inspection Equipment,Breaking tester and so on. KDD's engineers keep improving the technique, craftwork, equipments and production procedures, so as to achieve leading production, provide high quality products according to customers' requirements.
Yuhuan producing base lies in southeast of Zhejiang, occupy 30,000m2 only 80km far from Wenzhou airport. Changxing producing base lies in northwest of Zhengjiang with 60,000m2. The base is 100km far from Shanghai port,90km from Ningbo port, and 60km from Hangzhou airport.Both of these bases have seperately producing, researching and administration department, with total more than 600 employees.
KDD yearly production reach to 3 million C.V.Joints and 0.5million Axles. At present, KDD has more than 2000 items of C.V.Joint, and 1500 items of Axles,with the capacity to develop 50 new samples each month.
